Natalie's passion for health and wellness began at a young age. Natalie was a competitive gymnast for 13 years. She began her teaching journey 14 years ago as a gymnastics and tumbling instructor and recently received her certification to teach rasamaya barre.
Natalie also loves to spend time walking the local beaches, knitting, doing scenic paintings and ashtanga yoga.

Magnolia Barre is an athletic workout specifically designed to strengthen and lengthen the body. The class is fueled by upbeat music and efficiently flows through each muscle group, creating endurance and stamina through strength training and increased flexibility through stretching. The movements are influenced by classical ballet barre methods, Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic exercises. The class is taught in a group setting, but offers personalized attention through verbal and hands-on corrections.
Socks are required for class, they may be purchased at the studio for $12 or rented for $1. Pre-registration for class is recommended to ensure a spot, but walk-ins are welcome.
Barre Essentials is an introduction to Rasamaya Barre classes- focusing on the grounding principles and movements. Taking the intimidation out of barre workouts, this class will introduce you to the components of a Rasamaya based barre class in an easy to follow, fun format with lots of modifications and options to accommodate all levels. This class is designed for everyone; those new to exercise and barre and those who have been working for years, and want to get re-grounded in the basics. No dance background is necessary. All are welcome!
YOGA FLOW is the balance between dynamic flow and stillness that will will strengthen your body and increase your flexibility. Our skilled instructors will lead you through a challenging yet relaxing flow that will leave you feeling stretched and invigorated. Bringing together the best of both worlds, this class will follow the standard Magnolia format with deep isolated muscle work and will also introduce vinyasa yoga flow sequencing and long yogic stretching.
