Yoga Flow

Elizabeth Hanz

Elizabeth began using yoga as a tool for fitness, but it wasn’t until she started practicing for her soul that she found what a spiritual and healing practice it can be. Her energizing yet soulful sequences focus on honoring the sacredness within. She also works to create a judgement free environment centered around empowerment and choice. Elizabeth cultivates connection and her flows often tap into heart expansion and encourage inner confidence.

Currently, Elizabeth is a graduate student getting her Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of New England. Her yoga training includes Yoga for Trauma through Greener Postures, Yoga for Recovery through Sea Change Yoga, and Yoga for Depression and Anxiety through Kripalu with Amy Weintraub. Elizabeth completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved teaching training with Jennie Foley at Magnolia Fitness.

Elizabeth loves the energetic connection yoga cultivates within ourselves and others. Her practice focuses on the whole wellness approach of taking care of ourselves, physically, mentally and spiritually. She offers a kind, loving and warm presence and loves the energetic exchange of yoga. Elizabeth is honored to be able to practice in Southern Maine.

Jolie Ritzo

Jolie Ritzo is a Maine native who loves nothing more than spending time outside; whether it be with her children and husband or out running, hiking, swimming or skiing. She grew up in the Western Mountains and skied at Sugarloaf every winter. She skied both alpine and cross country competitively through high school.

In college, Jolie taught strength conditioning, pilates, spinning and aquatics classes and continued to offer personal training and yoga classes after moving back to the Sugarloaf area.

Jolie has two small children, Cannon (4) and Natalie (1) and a dog Cedar (11). These days family is her focus as is attempting to find balance between good health, work and play.

"I am thankful for my ability to move freely and to live in such a beautiful place. The changing seasons and beautiful Maine weather are my biggest sources of motivation. My husband is my favorite person to explore our surroundings with. Now that we have children, I am even more inspired to stay active and to share with them the joy of movement."

Natalie Breton

Natalie's passion for health and wellness began at a young age. Natalie was a competitive gymnast for 13 years. She began her teaching journey 14 years ago as a gymnastics and tumbling instructor and recently received her certification to teach rasamaya barre.
Natalie also loves to spend time walking the local beaches, knitting, doing scenic paintings and ashtanga yoga.

Amanda Clark

Amanda Clark, also known as Amandaconda, is fiercely dedicated to ringing art and movement into the everyday. With an extensive background in gymnastics and ballet, this performance artist sees yoga as a way to increase self awareness, not only on the mat but throughout all of our interactions.

She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training under Jennie Tavares at Magnolia, and came to understand that there is always something to learn from teachers and students alike. Amanda brings a dancerly element to sequencing, and food for thought throughout the practice. She believes that there's always more to explore in movement, and that vulnerability is worthwhile for the sake of openness. Amanda seeks to nurture the mind with quarks and inspirations, and hopes that you leave the mat feeling strong, awake and balanced.

Jessica Little

Jessica Little MS, RD, CSCS
Jessica has been involved in wellness for the past 15 years as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and registered dietitian. From a young age, she has always needed to move! Whether it was playing outside with neighborhood friends as a kid, participating in multiple sports throughout high school and college, or training others through college and beyond. For years, Jessica resisted yoga given it was not the high intensity ‘workout’ she was accustomed to. However, after taking her first Vinyasa class in Cambridge, MA in 2004 she was immediately hooked and realized it was exactly what her body and mind needed and she has practiced regularly ever since!


Jessica holds certification as a Level 1 yoga teacher through YogaFit, is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in human nutrition. She is pursuing her 200 hr RYT certification, looks forward to completing Rasamaya Barre training and is excited to bring SURFEST to Magnolia!


Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 year old son and 3 month old daughter. She looks to yoga and movement to help find calm and balance and she looks forward to helping others do the same by joining the amazing Magnolia community as co-owner.

YOGA FLOW is the balance between dynamic flow and stillness that will will strengthen your body and increase your flexibility. Our skilled instructors will lead you through a challenging yet relaxing flow that will leave you feeling stretched and invigorated. Complimentary showers are available at the studio. Pre-registration for class is recommended to ensure a spot, but walk-ins are welcome.
